Service Stories

Service Stories was built out of my family's auto shop. We needed to get ranked in AI search and we needed to do it in a way that didn't cost us dozens of hours a week. The insight that started Service Stories was that repair orders, which contain the customer's initial concern, the work that was done, the tools that were used, the parts that were used–everything–the whole story could be turned into micro case studies. From there, we've built a platform that enables service-based businesses of all types to plug in and leverage for themselves or have us manage for them.
