Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Great Work Guild (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Use of the Service
You may browse listings, create an account, submit your own listing, and leave reviews subject to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it (no scraping, spam, harassment, malicious activity, or attempts to interfere with the Service).
Listings and Content
You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing, review, or other content you submit. We reserve the right to edit, remove, or refuse content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that we otherwise consider inappropriate — at our sole discretion.
Paid Features Do Not Guarantee Results
Paying for a featured placement, premium tier, claim fee, or any other paid feature does not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, traffic, conversions, or any specific business outcome. Paid features improve visibility within Great Work Guild only — they are not a substitute for your own marketing, customer service, or operations. Paying to claim or update your profile gives you control of the listing; it does not guarantee any particular result from being listed.
Inaccurate Information
If your business is listed and you find inaccurate information, contact us and we'll help correct it at no charge. If you'd prefer your business not be listed at all, you can request deletion of the listing at no charge — we don't charge for removal.
Reviews
Reviews on Great Work Guild reflect the opinions of the reviewers, not Great Work Guild. We don't endorse any listing, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of reviews. We may moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our policies. Reviewers are responsible for the content of their reviews.
No Warranties
Great Work Guild is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Work Guild, its operators, owners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the legal theory. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Great Work Guild, its operators, owners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service or to specific features at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the Service at any time and request that your account and listings be deleted.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
