Game Growth Advisor is the independent consulting practice of Cyril Guilleminot, helping mobile game studios, publishers, brands and IP owners make better growth and distribution decisions. Missions cover soft-launch KPI diagnostics, F2P monetization audits, user acquisition and go-to-market strategy, publishing deal support, and distribution through alternative app stores, telcos, OEMs and cloud gaming platforms. Brands and IP owners can also get support with project framing, partner selection and commercial models. Each engagement delivers clear recommendations and a practical action plan, through a fixed-scope project or ongoing fractional advisory. Cyril brings 20+ years across gaming, telecoms and distribution. At Gameloft, he led the France & Benelux business unit with a EUR12M+ P&L and later led global cloud gaming.
